Care at Abbeleigh House During COVID-19
We at Abbeleigh House are committed to the welfare and safety of our residents and staff. Our staff are trained and dedicated with exceptional infection control procedures and have implemented enhanced measures during these unprecedented times.
In order to facilitate safe meetings with your loved ones, we are able to offer exclusive garden visits with your own time slot and uninterrupted visiting. Masks can be provided if you wish to wear a face covering and of course safe distancing is in place for your loved ones safety.
Admissions at Abbeleigh House During COVID-19
Throughout these extra-ordinary times we are able to offer a virtual tour; this will include available rooms and general communal areas, we can also provide a more detailed viewing at this time for any specific requests. This is available for any persons wishing to take up residence or for their family/advocate who would be representing them.
Within this tour you will be able to interact with staff and ask questions as if you were in the building - our aim is to facilitate a viewing process that is as transparent as our previous Pre-Covid visits. Please contact us on 01708 340 828 if you would like to make arrangements
Assessments for pre-admission will be a joint effort with families contributing towards their loved ones personalised care plan via the "this is me" approach. This would incorporate, where appropriate, a virtual viewing - where we can all get to know each other before coming to join our community.
For admission enquiries please contact Julie (Manager) or Mr Dewji (Director) on 01708 340 828 or alternatively, please complete the contact form and we will subsequently contact you to discuss your requirements further.
